Bedifol GmbH has received the kununu Top Company award for the first time for 2026.

This employer award recognises companies with high employee satisfaction. It is awarded
solely on the basis of independent reviews on kununu.

The employer review platform kununu has named Bedifol GmbH as a Top Company 2026. The award is based on independent employee reviews on the platform. This places Bedifol GmbH among the companies with the best working environment in Germany.

"We congratulate Bedifol GmbH on qualifying as a Top Company for the first time in 2026," says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. "Only five per cent of companies qualify for this special seal of approval. This sends a positive signal, both as a showcase for potential applicants and as an internal reflection of the corporate culture for employees. Indeed, 71 per cent of the companies that received the award recorded an increased number of applications. Furthermore, 81 per cent recognise the award as an important part of their employer branding strategy."

To qualify for the kununu Top Company award 2026, a company must meet the following criteria:

• At least seven reviews from employees since the profile was created. Reviews from applicants do not count.

• A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5), both overall and in employee reviews.

• An employee review score of at least 3.8 stars over the past twelve months.
